CHANGE THE GUITAR HERO tinderbox

<-- Un altro che di cambiamenti se ne intende..

theme of this post is change. Already, change, change the (actively or passively, when the change it undergoes) a number of aspects of their lives.

Change is a process more difficult to implement because it clashed with a range of habits, rituals, attitudes ingrained in us so as to be insurmountable walls, less than great sacrifices. So much so that when you have to make a radical change, often cultural, it is called "breakthrough", which literally means "passing through". Go through a wall.

The reason why I talk about "change" is that, after 5 ½ years in Centuria, I decided to change jobs. And I must say that the impact was hard, at least at first. I went from a small company that could define "family", in which we were just so much to do and all to a "giant" of more than 1000 people, with different divisions, a structure with defined roles and so on ...

But the hardest thing was having to change the people you relate: I left my Dario, Loretta, Chiara, and Sandra, for better or for worse, Sandro (plus others who do not want to waste time to nominate ), people who knew by heart, for a group very thickest of all people to know, decipher, learn to manage and which know me and, above all, hope of pleasure for what they are, not what they want it or that it makes me more comfortable to be (as someone did in the previous work).

Tough-hard, even if people were shown immediately kindest, helpful and very approachable (yes, I know, I also live across were, but we cross our fingers ..) and certainly every physiological process of putting in a new group. Precisely then that the peak of the difficulty now is the second day .. not the second week or second month. So I would say maybe they're more my fist *** and that serious problems ..

To this is added a further change: working away from home, it takes me 40 minutes to get to work, where I have to be at 8.30. Before we put 6 minutes and went in at 9.00 (even though he always arrived at 9:15). Now the alarm rings at 7.00 and 45 minutes later than I have to be in the car.

However, today, I write from a hotel in Terni, Italy, where I arrived yesterday and will stay until Friday (another change: away from home often ..), I'm happy, very happy about this change: I'm learning a lot, I'm seeing excellent tools that monitor what is wrong in organizations and that are used to identify where to go .. a change! Wipe the bowl

change is becoming the leitmotif of my life. Fabri Fibra In the words of "job change, change house, change of f. ..".. no, not that I want to change it completely! Also because if she was not the change would be even harder!

Now I greet you, tomorrow it's back to the Province to combat the inefficiencies!

I leave you with some 'themed songs, the first that come to mind:

"A Change Is Gonna Come" - Sam Cooke

"Change" - Tears for Fears

"Change" - David Bowie

"Change" - Negrita

"I Can Change" - John Legend

.. and so on and so forth.

Kisses.
